its investors. GMC HOLDINGS UGANDA LIMITED is the operating partner
responsible for the Ugandan business operations development, operation and
expansion, with sole responsibility for representing the Joint Venture.
GMC HOLLAND will make available its full experince and
contacts in the European and international operations in to fulfill the
interests of the joint venture.

GMC HOLDINGS UGANDA LIMITED is registered the Republic of Uganda to
further the vision of GMC DIENSTVERLENING V.O.F in The Netherlands of
boosting export and import of medical equipment and laboratory products in
a range of strategic development in this sector, for the collective
bene ...fit of all the stakeholders, both private and public.
This Joint venture agreement between GMC HOLLAND, and GMC
HOLDINGS UGANDA LIMITED summarizes their mutual interest in forming a
joint venture and/or creating a licensing agreement to participate in the
tender and project processes in supplying medical equipment and laboratory
products.

BUSINESS PURPOSE: To develop and operate a business partnership
dedicated to exclusively mutual profitability.

PARTNERSHIP WITH GMC HOLDINGS UGANDA LIMITED
GMC DIENSTVERLENING VOF has entered into a permanent agreement with GMC
HOLDINGS UGANDA LIMITED to provide services and products required to
implement the technical back-end development of Potential tenders. This
partnership was deemed critical by GMC DIENSTVERLENING VOF in order to
facilitate the initial part of its precence in Uganda and the Great lakes
region as a whole.
The company's East African region market vision and perspective have
already taken off and it's activities since 2006 have spread from Uganda
to emerging markets such South Sudan and Rwanda and targeting Burundi,
